Bill Pace has been selling produce in  Bellevue since 1955, much of which is locally produced and organic. While his most well-known operation is the seasonal Mercer Slough location just off Bellevue Way, Pace has recently opened Bill Pace Fresh Fruit & Produce, a year-round market in the Newport Hills Shopping Center, near the corner of 119th Avenue Southeast and Southeast 56th Street.
